Egos and maybe not promoters but people whispering in their ears.
Chance to prove they are the p4p best in the world, and the pass that **** down for petty reasons.
I blame both parties equally, either side could of chose to be the bigger man/team but they both failed.

I think neither fighter actually wanted the fight in March and so they both made these negotiations fail so they can have the fight later this year.

nothing new here
floyd already turned down MILLIONS OF DOLLARS just to duck cotto, mosley, margarito, and now pac. He also turned down a rematch with Oscar.
