Lame excuses. Issue was that Pacquiao was already at the 130 mark. Pacquiao didn't eat or drink because this was before the weigh in. At 147, he could eat/ drink as much as he wants because he weighs in at 143 anyways, so he can easily recover. A teaspoon of blood only takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to gain back. Anyway, I shouldn't waste my time with ****** posters.
