Can someone fill me in, why isn't Miranda fighting Stieglitz?

I was looking forward to Steiglitz vs. Miranda. I wanted Miranda to win hoping it would open the door for Miranda vs. Andrade!

Miranda pulled out due to illness. Damn shame. I was really looking forward to that match-up, which would have been Mirandas opportunity of a lifetime of grabbing a belt.
