Actually this fight is possible. Pacquiao is right in choosing Foreman first, since he can gauge the difference in terms of punching power and other factors in facing a 154 lb opponent.

If Pac can still hurt those 154 people without getting hurt that badly then Pac might fight the top boxers there.
