You had your brain stuck in the world of reality.. that doesn't always work on NSB! BTW I wish ESPN would bother to do a boxing simulation. Probably not in this lifetime.

I want to offer more hints, but feel like they'd be too huge a tip off.

I will say that it's a fighter whose entire career took place within the last 20 years, though no longer active today.

I've done quite a bit of random boxrecing and I think it's a pretty oustanding achievement to have never taken a layup against a fighter with a losing record. Most guys have fought atleast one fighter with a losing record and most take a fight on points in the earlier short fights. I checked Valero out of curosity and he actually beat up a winless guy. This is tricky. I'm guessing this fellow wasn't in the Top 10 P4P list at any point?

Ah, here's the part you're reading too much into. I said he stopped or dropped each of his opponents through his first four years - meaning that even if a fight went the distance, his opponent was knocked down at least once in the fight.

And here's another hint, and a very big one - you couldn't be further off in your guess to his P4P status. In fact at one point, some had as the very best, or at least certainly close to it.

OK, any more than that and I might as well tell you the answer!
