Cotto was a difficult and powerful opponent who was ranked very highly P4P, while Pacquiao was coming up heavily in weight anyway. To fight at 147 was not necessary - Cotto was fine at that weight and around that weight, and was his usual dangerous self. Yuri Foreman, however, will not be dangerous to Pacquiao at any weight, so it makes no difference.

When will people start really examining Pacquiao? Once he beats the Klitschko's?

        Olympic style testing is not.

Pac wanted it at 147, which IMO is better for Floyd than 154.

Glove is 8 ounces, which you can have at 147.
Nonetheless, Pacquiao's achievements have been freakish and really are not realistic without drugs. Hence, Mayweather had the right to request Olympic-style blood testing. Since there is no problem with it, Pacquiao should have just agreed.

There is also an other difference:
Yuri never gained more than 6lb after the weight in, in his last fast he came 160 probably the same weight Cotto came to fight Pac

                hhhmmmmmm
Floyd is such a COWARD asking for all this random urine/blood test. If he believed he can beat Manny then do it, playing field leveled or not! And for ****s sake Pac agreed to be tested a month prior to fight night and RIGHT AFTER the bout! How the **** can you explain your PED disappearing right after the final bell?!
