Paulie wouldn't actually be a bad match up in all fairness! I think he could posess some problems for Floyd, seriously i dont see Floyd knocking him out either. Floyd would win a decision though even potentially being a close one to!

It is possible, anything is, but I believe he won't. Boxing is a mental game, and I see Floyd trying to work on his defense just incase Pac happens.

That's why I think Arum wanted Mallinagi, so Pac has a defensive fighter pre Floyd.

Floyd however may walk him down because he use to do it in the lower weights, but I doubt he will go crazy incase of a hand injury.

There are guys that Floyd could conceivably slip up against, if he's not on. Paulie isn't one of them. Paulie needs to be able to outbox his opponents to win. And he's nowhere near as good a boxer as Floyd (in fact Paulie's not a very good technical boxer at all, he's just quick), even if Floyd is fighting in 2nd gear. Paulie couldn't deal with Hatton's speed, he won't do any better against Floyd. If Floyd gives a ****, he'll tear Paulie's ass up. If he doesn't he'll cruise to an easy decision win in a horribly boring fight.

I watched the Judah fight recently he walked Judah down pretty much and was the aggressor all night, the Corrales fight he was being chased and still managed 4 KD's or so :O

He will walk down the feather fisted Paulie, or maybe i should edit that.. He COULD quite easily walk down Paulie and batter him, not sure he will though.

I could see this being a tough fight, Paulie has good skills, a tough chin and could very possibly win on points, although it depends which Paulie shows up.

I'm not saying Floyd will definitley lose, but it certainly won't be easy and i give Paulie more than just a tune up's chance.
