Because he doesn't have much credibility now after the handwrap scandal, he'll have to work his way back into contention and he has to prove that he can win without suspect wraps.

It could sell, but I don't know if Margarito is quite as dangerous anymore. Pacquiao might not be as big as Mosley, but I think he can really hurt Margarito. Especially since Margarito may have lost punch resistance.
