    Pacquiao is so clean that if the Nevada Comissions can have it their way

    They won't even test him. They trust Pacquiao enough to just train and come to fight.

          They've been testing Pacquiao for the last 10 years with good result, if they can have it their way I believe they will trust Pacquiao enough to just come and fight.
