Ellerbe also said if they cant get Pac theyll fight Shane if he beats Berto.

Cotto changed his mind while sitting ringside watching Floyd destroy Gatti (Who Cotto wanted to fight next in Atlantic City). Cotto is also a Top Rank fighter and is promoted by Arum which means that it will be hard to get a fight with Floyd when they hate each other. Floyd also said "Hed love to fight Cotto" But he didnt want to work with Arum.

Margarito is a guy who Floyd told to his face "When its a bigger fight down the line then Ill fight you". Margarito went on to lose to a Prospect named Paul Williams in his own back yard. Margarito never put himself at a STAR level. After he beat Cotto, Floyd was still enjoying retirement. Marg didnt command a comeback for Floyd. He wasnt a big enough fight.
