I want to see Roman Gonzales vs Ivan Calderon

Anyone else want to see this? its not like its a massive jump for Roman to move up 3lbs against Calderon considering he is actually 3 inches taller than Ivan.

Its a winnable fight for Gonzales as he brings the pressure and has power.

I'd like to see this fight.

Gonzalez likes to stalk and hits very hard for a strawweight. He had Niida's eye practically shut after only 3+ rounds and if Takayama were a lesser man, he would've folded.

Calderon is one of the best pure boxers in the game and is as talented as they come.

However, he is getting up there in age and might be slowing down now. Gonzalez doesn't jab a whole lot, but he has good timing and counter punching abilities.

Part of Calderon getting older is why I think Gonzales can win.

It's possibly. Gonzalez also works his hooks and uppercuts to the body well.

Calderon would be showing him a lot of movement and angles, and picking his spots. Gonzalez would have to use his timing and countering punching to catch him coming in.

Gonzales is in actuality the bigger man even though he fights at a lower weight.....Calderon isn't fooking massive at 108. It would be an interesting fight no matter who won.

Yeah, he's about 5'2-5'3. He's also weighed in at almost 111 lbs. as well.
