ALl you guys saying Floyd is a ***** for the steroids testing are just biased fans.. None of you guys are entering the ring, 94% of you probably have no boxing or fighting experience period..
What does this have to do with anything?

There were scientists who went in to prove, to the arbitrator, that a 24 day window before the fight would be sufficient to catch any type of PED, and make the fight fair.

simply, if you want to clear any suspicions about your abilities and ensure you're a clean and honorable fighter, Pacquiao should have and could have agreed to random testing..
He could have, sure. But not without hindering his ability to enter the fight at 100%. Does Manny not have the same right to a fair playing field?

This has nothing to do with principle or anything because this is a guy who has acted like a diva during fight negotiations and made crazy demands in the past and currently, and done some things in his personal life that may not be appropriate, like im sure all of have at some point in our lives, but he is not above the sport..

It is all about principle. The fact is that he's walking away from possibly 50 million dollars over principle.
Stop treating him like he is God or something.. Both fighters should be willing to do anything to make this fight happen because this is what the world wants to see.
Again, the fight went into arbitration. A mediator objectively proposed a way to make the fight, and satisfy both sides. He had scientific evidence presented to him, and made his suggestion based on all of the information.

Floyd rejected his suggestion. Manny agreed to it.

Maybe this is just for publicity and promotion for the fight, or maybe it's legit. But Mayweather shouldn't be the one to blame for all this, and if anyone is scared it seems like the Pacquiao camp is.. Maybe not afraid to fight a particular fighter, but maybe they are hiding something.. it's a fair assessment to make due the behavior being displayed from the camp.
If scientists went in and convinced a federal judge based on scientific facts that a 24 day in advance test would be enough to find anything...and Pacquiao agreed to this.

How could he possibly be hiding anything, when the scientists came in and proved, not assumed...that this would be sufficient in catching anything that either fighter might be trying to slip past them.

Do you think Pacquiao felt he could outsmart these scientists and their testing?

Why else would they agree to this if they were hiding something?

It seems to me as if they were willing to satisfy any need for additional testing, so long as it wouldn't be detrimental to their fighter's performance in the ring.

Say what you want, the fact of the matter is that Floyd was put on the spot, and he declined. Therefore he is a *****.

Because the 24 day window was what scientists concluded would be sufficient time to satisfy:

        1) Floyd's desire to have a fair fight, and level playing field, by assuring no PED's would be used during training, or during the fight

        2) Pacquiao's unwillingness to submit to blood testing close to fight time, as he feels it is detrimental to his performance

Nobody is asking that because it has already been answered, by scientists, and agreed to by a federal judge.

And whatever those scientists said, it seemed to satisfy everyone involved: Pacquiao, Arum, Koncz, Schaefer, Haymon, Buboy. Everyone except Mayweather.

            Exactly.

Well, most importantly...it was good enough for the mediator: Judge Weinstein

Who both sides put their trust in to make a fair decision. He put fourth his suggestion, and Floyd balked. Game over. Now Floyd can move on with his career and fight the Matthew Hattons and Paulie Malignaggi's of the boxing world.

floyd has never asked another one of his opponents for these silly demans and pacquiao was willing to compromise and even went down from 30 days to 24 days before and a test after.. it's floyd's fault this **** aint happening.

24 days with a test after should have been more then enough.

                  Not to Floyd.

He wanted Manny to come into the ring with a needle in his arm.

Do you not think that was addressed?

You're an idiot if you think that your 2 minutes of Google'ing on the subject surpasses anything that they were presenting in there.

Do you think that clinical scientists would overlook something that some nimrod on an internet forum was bright enough to bring up?

                      I doubt it.
