And that puts it at square one again , Manny looks like a cheat afraid of random testing within a real time frame like 5-14 days as is required by the testing , 24 days is a big window taking away any benefits of insuring a clean fight .

They made the law suit because they know Floyd cant budge on the testing or he is guilty in the court case , its very smart by Arum but transparent .

Besides Arum is the one negotionting and his propose offer to Pac is 30 days since they don't want to get bend by May's team (IMO) and if Arum statements are so worng why dont the Mayweather camp say something back and claim the reports from 5 different articles are wrong?

I agree. However, my opinion to the issue is that May's being grossly misinforemed by his father who he had disputes with. If his father never went out and say his allegation publicly then this fight would have been sign in the first week after the Cotto fight. Likewise Pac with his superstition.

Arum has being saying everything all through negotiation , I dont know why Floyd has not come forward he has been quite since his come back not just now , Im sure there will be a counter statement soon , untill we know both sides and what cut off Floyd is actually asking for we dont know WTF is going on , all we know is Pac offered 24 Days and that was rejected as was a public apology which they have got to know they will never get , why even put that on the table , you wont get Floyd by pissing him off ,, now I dont have to be a drugs expert to know that 24 days is obviously outside the guidelines of random testing , Floyd is obviously closing the window of juice opportunity and Manny is opening it , somebody must have a legit cut of point thats inside the guidelines based on what the " testers say " is the cut off , I dont know what that is do you ?
