how does the testing solely benefit Floyd to where you see it as such a high demand?

if it were too high wouldn't it be too high for Floyd as well considering he agreed to the same testing process as Manny?

There is one thing that is certain about Bob Arum. Even with a gag order, he still won't stop running his mouth. If Mayweather is so scared of Pacquaio and he and Pac and Roach are so convinced that Pac will beat Mayweather, then why won't Pac agree to random tests. Taking the test 24 days out is no different than 30 days out. It is still not random. Arum and Pacquaio are the ones who killed this fight, not Mayweather.
