Williams (9-2), who is facing serious drug trafficking charges, will face Ian Smith (13-9). In other bouts, jr middleweights Raul Frank (26-4-1) and Fernando Hernandez (18-7-2) collide in a crossroads fight and female heavyweight Vonda Ward (19-1) faces Elizabeth Kerin (3-3).
