I sense Pacquiao actually plans to take the blood test in court, up to the faces of the Mayweathers and GBP, to prove to the world, once and for all, before retiring.

Because, what Pac only needs to prove in court is that there was an intention to defame, or to malign his reputation..that is why the complaint is for defamation. If i were his lawyer, i will vehemently object if Pac will be compelled to subject himself to any form of drug examination by the court because that is not my cause of action..my cause of action is not to prove that i am clean..my cause of action is that my name has been besmirched without any direct proof. And remember, he who alleges must prove..

Pacquiao was agreeable to allowing the NSAC conduct the tests, just like with every other fight in Nevada. Mayweather either thinks he can beat Manny or he doesn't. Early indications are not favorable.
