This has nothing to do with Manny fighting JMM vs. Floyd fighting JMM. It has to do with flawed criticism that comes from Floyd haters. You cannot actually try to make the point that there's a difference.

Pac had never fought at WW before De La Hoya either, yet he was wildly successful.

Idiotic thread and just proves that *****s are as bad as *******s. But at the end of the day Pac is a better fighter with a better legacy and that is the bottom line, no matter what any ******* or ***** says.

JMM when he fought pac at 130 was more a natural weight for JMM then Pac. Pac starved himself to make that weight. So of course PBF fighting JMM at 147 will be called chicken. Pac fighting at 147 against PBF is not Pacs best weight as well. Pac has to eat more than is natural for himself to stay at 147, but unlike JMM, can fight great at that weight and has proven it with his win over Cotto. 147 is more of a natural weight for Pac than JMM thats for sure.
PBF fighting Pac at 147, PBF will be fighting the smaller Pac, but it will not be as bad as PBF fighting JMM.

The main point was NOT criticising Manny for fighting JMM, as would be apparent to anyone with a moderate grasp of the English language, a stretch for most of you Pacfans, I know.

The point is that people give Floyd **** for fighting someone like PACQUIAO, instead of say a natural WW like Shane Mosley.

And just so I understand Dirk Digger, we were supposed to think that JMM was tapped at 135 because he ate a few shots in a great fight with Juan Diaz, who has a very come-forward style, one with which JMM was confident enough to tangle with and came out with a KO victory? Wouldn't we then come to the same conclusion about Pacquiao fighting Erik Morales, or JMM himself, in fights where he was getting battered?

PAC and JMM fought on a much lower weight class, Gayweather made JMM go up in weight and he himself cheated weight.
