lol this site does target advertising which means for you to see the IBO advert you probably Google worthless world champions and hypejobs like Calzaghe or Ottke for example. You probably gonna see WBU advert pretty soon too. I on the other hand only get to see WBC adverts, Ring magazine adverts and Ring girls adverts.

i don't see anything wrong with it..
its ad, site can't really be choosy.
and besides, among the minor belts
i feel the IBO is the less crap.
