    I agree, but I would take it further. I think he will force him to drop down to 150 pounds. However, I think he will also force Foreman t weigh again an hour before the fight with a stipulation that he doesn't come into the ring above a certain weight (say, around 154) or Foreman will have to pay a stiff financial penalty (hmm...this sounds familiar. No random blood test, but a huge penalty for coming in overweight).:gay:

      Foreman is not a big puncher, so you're wrong. I think Cotto EASILY hits harder than Foreman.
