Bottom line is they were accused. Marion Jones went to prison over it and lost her medals. So she didn't get away with anything. Neither did Bonds who was forced out of Baseball. So who's gettin away with anything? Pacquiao hasn't faced as much heat as either one of them. And last time I checked Paulie Malignaggi wasn't black and he accused Pacquaio also. So this is not a racial issue and it's ****** to turn it into one. I'll also note that if Roy Jones or Holyfield refused a type of testing for a 40 million dollar fight they would have been accused in the same way Pacquiao is.
