Pac's camp HAD ALREADY AGREED to take any random blood & urine testing, as long as it's set and administered by the NSAC, which is the rightful governing body. So you have to ask why Floyd's camp DID NOT AGREE TO THIS ??!

This is a good news, let it be done in any prof fights, Lets do it in commission rules, then no one of the boxer can say no, Manny had bad experienced during his first fight with Morales thats why he could say no this time coz it is not in the Commission Rules, Manny has his full rights to do so. If it is in the rules then Manny will start learning on how to overcome those weakness. Ill support in full that this blood testing will be done in every bouts in the future.
