              Objectively speaking...

              Pac's camp has ALREADY AGREED to take any random blood & urine testing, as long as it's set and administered by the NSAC, which is the rightful governing body. So WHY has Floyd's camp NOT AGREED TO THIS yet?

              Because he wants it administered by USADA. (Reads: USADA's CEO Tygart is a known Dela Hoya friend and affiliate)

              You call this a level-playing field ????????!
