Juanma on a Weight training program again

Me sentía incompleto.

if hes already doing weights then i can't see him going up in weight as far as i thought he would.

does it mention what sort of weights regime he is on? how he trains etc...

          anyways green k sent

no it doesnt says anything about the regime hes on....

I can only picture him moving up all the way to 135 as much.. in 2 to 3 years...

I honestly cant see him going further... maybe 135 will be already too much.. .but we have to wait and see how much body mass he can hold..and we need at least 2 years more...

He most likely will, but he should continue to move up as he is young and not physically a full grown man yet....it would only be natural, I mean he looked massive at 122. What does he weigh in for those fights unofficially?

I saw a very flawed boxer last time vs Mtagwa, not sure how lifting weights will help with his deffense and boxing unless he plans to walk thru Luevano jab all nite. Better concentrate on boxing.
