Im sure Pac would rather (at least give the impression) that he's abiding by the commission rules, rather than the rules of Mayweather.

If that was the case, he wouldn't have invented penalties. It's just BS. He'd just rather not go through the testing. Whether it's a fear it'll hurt him, or fear he'll get caught, that's all it is.

Well I say he needs to take a test, to test his fear of Blood test

Already went through that, there was a precedent for those penalties.

No precedent for Mayweathers extra testing, so why should he bow to it? If someone makes baseless allegations against me, I wouldnt even entertain it, let alone go out of my way to prove the idiot wrong.

There was no precedent. Furthermore, there was no precedent when he wanted Erik Morales to pay 900g for the same thing.

And you're right, he shouldn't have to bow to Mayweather's demands. But why is it that he was ok with certain things but not ok with this particular demand?

What "certain things" are you referring to?

Hes not ok with this particular demand because it has been developed off the back of a smear campaign against his whole career. Just a thought?

50/50? Remember how that was a deal killer?

And if he wasn't ok with that particular demand, why did he agree to it? You do realize he reneged to the actual procedure, not the demand right?

Pac doesn't have a real excuse for avoiding random blood test, there technically is no excuse, most importantly, he shouldn't even have an excuse.
