The gloves, same thing, no rules and regulations. Both issues are within the rights and will between the two parties negotiation agreement. So Please explain.

So what part they didn't abide in regards to Cotto's weight for that fight?
The commission has it's own penalties for those who go over, yet Pacquiao set his own numbers for the Oscar fight and the Mayweather fight. Why? Because the commission's rules are crap and we all know it.
Stringent tests? Umm...let's go by the commission rules.

When it comes to the commission Team Pac will abide by the rules they dont like and change the ones they dont. The word they use for that is Negotiations. If this was any other sport then maybe I would say who is this guy trying to change the rules, but boxing has no rules, it has no rule that can't be negotiated.

In boxing you can force any kind of negotiation, fighters typically respond with "only if the money is right" In the case of Pac-Mayweather the money is right so what Pac got to be scared of.
If Mayweather is so Gay, runner, pillow fist, then why is he worried about being weak from a blood test. What's Gayweather going to do to him in the ring, Oscar, Cotto, Hatton couldn't?
As for your next part. Im a big fan of neither guy. I think Mayweather would dominate Pacquiao and he seemed to think the same. By the same token, Mayweather said this was an easier fight than Marquez so why is he so worried?

Team Mayweather have no case.

It's his sport, he's in it, he's a fighter, he has a voice. He's been part of the biggest Money fight in boxing history. He has all the authority to change it.
