Arum said they'd leave the drug testing issue in the hands of the commission. Team Mayweather rejected that offer.

"Our reaction is, 'So what?' We know Manny doesn't take any illegal drugs or anything. And none of this is getting under Manny's skin or anything," said Koncz.

So before it didn't get under his skin but now it does???? This article alone kills Pac's lawsuit.
a misquote from the press no doubt.

and most intelligent people know this isnt about drugs, this is about floyds team wanting to call the shots in a fight with the p4p king. we know pac had the tests days before the first pac-morales fight, only fight hes lost in a long time, surprise surprise, floyd comes up with a way of either making pac look like a drugs cheat or forcing him to take a test that definately effects him mentally. its embarassing.

handled badly by both sides, but come on, this is all floyd.

Doesn't change the fact that the reason why this fight might not happen at all is because Floyd's camp had to ask for this Olympic style random blood test. If they didn't ask for this in the first place we would have this fight signed already. Why not stick with the standard test that Floyd himself have been doing throughout his whole career and has depended on it, believe in it, and relied on it as well.
NO idea?, so you think that Roach who has been in boxing since the early 80s has know idea what Olympic Style Drug Testing is?

And my question to you is, why do they want to abide by the commission now? Why didn't they abide by the commission when it came to weight for the Cotto fight?

The Nevada commission is the law. The rules and regulations is to do the basic standard drug test, why change that and why should Floyd have the authority to change that. So what rules did Manny break or twist, especially in regards with Floyd. If you're talking about the $10 million weight penalty, there are no rules and regulations for that. The gloves, same thing, no rules and regulations. Both issues are within the rights and will between the two parties negotiation agreement. So Please explain.

So then why does Team Pacquiao break that law when they feel like it?

Unless you are a true novice the boxing commission doesn't decide anything. Boxing has no league, fighters and promoters do as they please. In boxing you can force any kind of negotiation, fighters typically respond with "only if the money is right" In the case of Pac-Mayweather the money is right so what Pac got to be scared of.

If Mayweather is so Gay, runner, pillow fist, then why is he worried about being weak from a blood test. What's Gayweather going to do to him in the ring, Oscar, Cotto, Hatton couldn't?

They negotiated the weight. Just like glove and ring size. Catchweight fights are nothing new. Making your own drug testing regime is.

Because catch weights are allowed in boxing as long as it that doesn't go over the minimum or maximum weight allowed. Catch weight have been around boxing way before Manny and Cotto. The Cotto vs Manny catch weight was within the weight limit of 141 to 147 lbs. So what part they didn't abide in regards to Cotto's weight for that fight?
