if you had asked me this question a two years ago or a year and a half ago id have said WW. at the time cotto, clottey, ssm, williams, berto and pbf were all plying their trade in the WW ranks.

        right now id say LWW:

        1) timothy bradley - a fighter who deserves the no.1 ranking at LWW and has consistently sought the best fights at 140

        2) juan urango - heavy handed fighter with a great chin and eye pleasing style

        3) marcos maidana - see above, oh **** imagine maidana vs urango!!!!!

        4) paulie malignaggi - still a top 10 LWW fighter and avenged a disputed decision loss to juan diaz. his losses to hatton and cotto show that only the best will beat him

        5) devon alexander - a guy who seems to be the next big thing at LWW and a showdown between him and t-brad is pending

        6) jmm/peterson/khan - as funny as it would be seeing amir khan getting KTFO i think that his inclusions would be detrimental to the tounrey as a whole if one guy is just there as cannon fodder. maybe peterson deserves another shot and jmm brings a certain style and pedigree that the other two can't.

winner of this tourney gets pacman!!!!!

they should do it in All weight classes..

From Flyweight to Heavyweight, that would be awesome..
but best is to start at 140 & 154..

                obviously LWW

id luv to say HW but i dont think it would be an exciting super 6 in comparison to the other weightclasses

i think a tourney around the 126-130 region would be great too

the Heavyweights, Light Welters and Weltweights.

plus I think a Lightweight tourney will be good as well.

Well, welterweight won't ever happen, we all know that.
And light welter looks like the strongest division at the moment, I think that idea would also find a safe majority.

But those two look really good on paper, too:

                      Juarez
                      Gamboa
Rigideau (i think he's a FW... not sure)
Rigondeaux is a super bantam, but he could propaby go up with Juanma and Caballero for such an opportunity.
And apart from Juarez, who I think would have way too much on his hands with those fighters, I couldn't pick any favourite or anyone obviously weaker out of the other 5. Awesome tournament. Juanma and Gamboa might be the slight favourites because of their hype, but they would go in with minor question marks. Whoever survives this tournament is obviously the real deal at featherweight.

I'd love to see such a lower weight but action packed division in the spotlight, the line-up looks excellent as well. Not sure about including Mares, he is good, but the other 5 could be a bit too early for him.
