I think Malignaggi would last longer with Floyd only cause Floyd wouldn't be actively pursuing the KO. Pac ain't stopping till Malignaggi either falls or has his corner stop the fight. Floyd will be fine with a decision.

He's too sloppy to stick to the gameplan, keep moving and absolutely stay on the outside against Pacquiao and would likely be K.O'd inside 5 rounds.

I think he might be stopped by Mayweather around R.10 if the fight is at 147, at 140 he goes the distance and loses a fairly comfortable decision.

Better chance?

Against Floyd on the basis that he's in the fight longer (which isn't much of a basis at all when you're talking about winning or losing), but he still loses.

Pac probably beats him faster, but Paulie stands no chance against either. Everything Paulie has Floyd has much much better.

Manny would knock him out quick, Paulie was terrible against Hatton so against Pacman no chance going 10 or 12.

Mayweather will beat him easy, but if he got a home crowd and maybe some nice judges he could have a 5% chance of a split decision. This fight would be really exciting or boring no middle ground here. Mayweather also has a good chance to knock him out if Paulie needs to chase a win.
