If Floyd had declined the 10mil per lb and Manny wouldn't fight I would place the blame on Manny.
Yes he changed his mind and caused most of this controversy. Then Arum/ Roach began to degrade blood testing in general. Then Pacquiao said he didn't want to be tested 48 hours before the fight, only to change his mind later saying he wanted a 30 day cut off. Pacquiao recently said that he would like to face Mayweather, I'm sure he wants a compromise...but a 30 day cut off date ain't gonna do it. As for the bold, the sport is bigger but you can't put a price on a fighter's health.

What history? History of fighters being on roids and hurting other fighters? DLH beat Vargas, DLH beat Mayorga, DLH fought hard and long with Shane Mosley, Ruiz lost to Toney, but he would have lost anyway. There is no reason Mayweather should be that worried about Manny to the point he wont fight without extra blood tests. Like I said before Floyd has the right to request these tests, not the right to demand them. Refusing the tests is Pacs right he is only required to take the tests demanded by the NSAC.

Just wanted to add, I had DLH clearly winning the rematch against Mosley. Also, there is a HUGE gap between Oscar/ Vargas (Especially that Vargas) and Ruiz/ Toney. That isn't the case with Mayweather and Pacquiao, PEDs could make the difference. The example I was using was, alot of athletes have lied. I could name many.

I agree they could make the difference, but in that case its about Floyd being a good business man, not fearing for his health. There is a difference. I understand him wanting to protect his 0, but you cant say that Pacquiao is required to take this test just because Floyd is nervous about the fight. If Floyds team had said " The fight between Floyd and Manny is so equal in skillthat we want to make sure its fought on even terms." How bad would Pac have looked for refusing then? Accusing him of using PEDs without proof is slander, and Mayweather Sr. is a senile idiot.

team mayweather wants to win in the ring of public opinion not in the boxing ring, hence the slander and libel.

All the whining, butthurt sounding bull**** from both sides turns my stomach.

If they make the fight they make it, but these petitions and the complaints about them, are just as bad. If the fight does not get made, blame both camps for being bitches.

There is no right or wrong here, just ego's. **** all of them I say.

you are 100% right about that, instead of seeing this settled in the ring like a man which most boxing fans would like to see, alot of these guys are like teenage girls that only want drama. i saw people on here posting about how they cant wait to see floyd get sued for everything he has, like that somehow effects their life. if you dont like floyd wouldnt you rather see him lose in the ring than in court or lose his sponsor?

they petitoning something to put less food on his table?? listen one thing is to hate the guy and another is to **** with his world, he doesn't deserve this, he's not the one holding back the fight he just made a demand plain and simple and Manny doesn't want to hear it and it's not fair.the NSAC needs to step in and mandate Pacquiao to take those tests..

what a funny thing would it be if Floyd destroys Manny, it will then be in 2 different times, the 2 times you drew blood randomly before a fight you get outclassed and despite strength you show nothing more than a natural dudes capabilities yet in your other fights where there were no strict testing you demolish your opponents almost effortlessly. something doesn't seem right here, ESPECIALLY when he went completely crazy once it was even whispered he was on the roids. the spotlight was put on him and he's now looking for a place to hide whether it be contract issues or court he wont come out to the light and say here I am I have nothing to hide he will continue to stick to the very same guidelines that HE HIMSELF didn't honor.. shameful
