First and for most: Mayweather's people where wrong in accusing Pacquiao of using performance enhancers when they had zero proof of this claim. All they have is suspion of what Sr's sorry ass came up with. Then your going to demend such a test as Olympic-style drug testing, and basically in applie that Pacquiao's taking roids by asking for such an extensive test? It's a slap in his face. Especially when he's always passed all the test that the commission has required of him to take and pass. So why subject him to Olympic-style drug testing? It's ridiculous... This is boxing nothing the ***ing Olympics. There for the Law suit filed by Pacquiao is valid on his part. You don't try to ruin someones image and belittle his accomplishments by fabricating **** up, and then expect someone not to take action against you. If Mayweather truly wants the fight with Pacquiao then he'll put the ridiculous drug test aside -- otherwise he'll stand firm and then come up with bull**** excuses of well he didn't want to do the drug test, so that's why we didn't fight him.


I really find this to be funny that he considers Pacquiao and easy fight and considers him easy work...Yet he won't fight him because of a drug test...a ***ing drug test...come on man...That's ***ing lame as hell! What makes it even worse is that Sr. said jr. could beat Pacquaio weather he's on roids or not... So if there really that confident...why make a big deal out of a ***ing drug test? Maybe Pacquiao is not so easy, and then know it. As for the petition of Nike: that's an even worse petition then the Pacquiao fans made up. What it all comes down to, is this: Floyd needs to quit ***ing around and fight the man...plain and simple!

The reason the Philippine fans on here are so involved and up in arms has everything to do with national pride. There is a huge contrast between a sports star in the US and there.

In the US many actually get delight in seeing a big star far from grace. We have seen it with the Tiger Woods deal going on lately. Floyd is no exception and most people don't care what he does or doesn't do.

In many parts of the world, including the Philippines, their sports stars represent them as a society as a whole. Their athletes represent them and any attack on that star, is seen as an attack on them as a whole. It would get taken very personally, hence the lawsuit and probably also the refusal to submit to Floyd's demands.

It is a very sticky situation and I can see both sides of the argument here. All I hope for is seeing a resolution and I really hope both sides and just let the chips fall without resorting to personal attacks and bull****. We are supposed to be fans of the sport, that should be our highest interest. This fight should happen because the sport needs it.
