I see Manny giving Floyd an adjustment period early on, but Floyd will adjust.
Really I see a few ways that Floyd could potentially go at this. Mainly using his footwork and reach advantage to box Manny on the outside.
For Manny, he's not going to outbox Floyd on the outside, and I doubt he outboxes him in the pocket either. That leaves stopping him, or knocking him out. He's going to have to chase him, and work around his reach disadvantage to get close enough to land significant shots(Which he can for sure). He has the advantage of throwing punches from all different directions, but his punch technique isn't exactly the most technically sound, when you want to talk about not telegraphing or leaving yourself open to counter shots against the best counter-puncher and defensive boxer in the sport.
