Many of those was after the fight, doesn't it make sense to want to catch someone before the crime? You tell me why is it they passed urine testing before the fight but failed it afterwards, explain that to me Pac supporter?

uh... you can't charge someone of a crime until they committed the crime. a cop cannot give you a ticket if you haven't broken the law.

I don't know the specifics (you can dig it up if you want to) but the fact that they failed the urine test means its was good enough.
