Why would I petition Manny to take a test to clear his name when he's done nothing wrong? Why should Pacquiao have to clear his name when he's already passed all the test's that have been required of him, and has never come up dirty? Why should I petition anything because Mayweather Sr. believes he's dirty or the other ***ing idiots at Mayweather promotions like ellerbie and haymon say he's dirty? No, no you need to be petitioning Mayweather to quit playing mind games and making false accusations when he has zero proof in claming that Pacquiao is on any type of performance enhancer's of any kind... You don't make clams against people when you have no facts to back them up... Mayweather as far as I'm concern is getting what he deserves...you don't fabricate bull**** out of thin air (try to ruin someone's image and accomplishments), and then expect someone to not take action against you.
