I'm just having fun here reading the posts and here are some info I found.
Seems like Petrocellis' only high profile success is the civil suit against O.J. Simpson which was actually expected since the acquittal in the criminal case was erroneous but can't be corrected because of the double jeopardy principle.
O.J. ran away from the police in his white Bronco, there was blood, he was acquitted only because the gloves didn't fit and the defense failed to show that the weather had shrunk it through the months of storage and the police investigator who was a key witness was known to be a racist against blacks.
Petrocillis' client Enron CEO Jeffrey Skilling, was convicted of 19 counts of Insider Trading related criminal cases. He capitalize on the acquittal of falsification cases which are largely technicalities since they are already included in the bigger cases where he was convicted.
I don't know which one is his client in the Walt Disney Pooh cases and yes there was some awards of money and some dismissals back and forth of some of the preliminary cases, but that controversy started with cases filed in 1991 and still pending as of now and being considered as one of the longest running cases in southern California. Good milking cow for the lawyers ha ha ha.
And yeah Petrocilli represented Don Henley and Glen Frey of the eagles when they were sued by Don Felder. On May 8, 2007, the case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount that left the parties scratching their heads and Petrocilli smiling all the way to the bank ha ha ha.
I think Pacquiao is better off if he hires Joartccjr. of Pinoy Lounge and brought him here in USA ha ha ha.
