Bernard Hopkins never drinks. I don't know if that's why he's still amazing in his 40's, but as far as conditioning goes he's the best role model for any young fighter.

im a boxer and i drink on occasion.. the only time i drank last year was spring break and new years...nothing wrong if u do it on occasion but not alot like hatton
