How many fights did Pernell have at 147 before facing DLH?? Wasn't Pernell #1 P4P fighter in the world when he fought DLH??

I don't think that Whitaker was bigger by DLH by any means. If anything, DLH had a reach advantage over him and Whitaker started out at the lower weights just like Oscar did. I might be inclined to give him that win though if you ask me if DLH ever beat a great fighter his own size. Whitaker is the only one.

I know he was a huge ticket seller but I found his fights less than entertaining and anticlimactic.

But he was a very good fighter in is prime. That can't be denied.
