It's an EASY adjustment going from the Eastern US time zone to England! You just feel as if you fighting at 5 or 6 PM instead of 10 or 11 pm.

If you go to Germany from the Easten US, it's one more hour (feel you're fighting at 4 pm or 5 pm in the afternoon). Not too difficult an adjustment - it's as if your fight was scheduled for the late afternoon instead of the evening! If you go from the Western US to England or Europe, your body feels you're fighting in the afternoon at 2 or 3 pm, a time you normally spar anyway.

Going from England to the US Eastern Time zone is a bit more difficult, because you feel like you're fighting at 3 am instead of 10 PM. From Germany to the Eastern US is one hour more (you feel you're fighting at 4 am).

Going from Germany to the Pacific time zone is the worst of all. It's an NINE hour adjustment. Usually the fights start earlier in the West, at 8 pm or so, but your body feels like you're fighting at 5 am after being up all night.

I think Dirrell and Taylor will be the ones exiting the tourney next year. I think AA will catch Dirrell with a strong shot and blow him away: Dirrell was obviously struggling with Froch's strength, and AA is just a bit stronger.

Lol at Dirrell being weak. Froch has a granite chin and if i'm not going blind again, I saw Dirrell stunning Froch a couple of times.

Dirrell is not gonna stand in front of AA and trade. he's gonna move and box. i dont think AA can apply the kind of presure that Froch can. i can see dirrell winning a decision. but all it takes is one shot from AA to end it.

Big bear is in California, and not the east (Dirells training camp was located there). Also two weeks is more than enough time to adjust. Come on be realistic man. If its less than a week than you may have a point, but 3 weeks? Vost vacationers do not stay that long let alone athletes.

Froch's chin is overrated. He was dropped and hurt badly from a single shot by Taylor. It took Taylor about 15 unanswered shots to put Pavlik down at Taylors best weight. I would not be surprised if Ward stops Froch let alone Abraham.

I can foresee AA using his underrated footwork, Dirrell being dumb enough to rope-a-dope (he might feel really comfortable after schooling Froch with this game) and then, otherwise than in the fight vs. Froch, AA anticipates one of his moneyshots, Dirrell out on his feet...

                      No offense, Abraham has footwork?
