Whatever happened to the Ring Belt?

Just curious. I may be missing it on the introductions or something for fighters when it's announced, but is it really still around? I remember it was "cool" to have the ring belt because it meant you were recognized as "the man" at that weight class regardless of the alphabet belts others held. I haven't heard about this belt being passed around lately. What happened?


Sidenote to keep with my Fraud loving, you know Fraud would have never held The Ring belt in any weight class, LoL.

It's still active and I think it's announced sometimes.

Ah ok, thought some of them had it, but I haven't heard it being announced on their introductions no more. At least it's still going around...but they should get back to announcing it because it feels more legit than the other titles TBH.

Yeah, you never really hear about it that often it seems, well atleast compared to the other belts. But then again, it seems like flat out nobody gives a **** about titles anymore.

The Ring Belt is the only belt i recognized as "something" in boxing anymore IMO

As weird as it may be without fighting for a title, that's the way to go! Cut the BS out. Or at least with the ring, you can go by that as the legit man of the weight so you can ignore the other belts.
