It seems to me that Arum (one of the world's greatest liars) did not want this fight. Why else would Foreman have been on the Pac-Cotto undercard? Had they gone after Foreman right away then there would have been questions. It is better for him to pretend that there were real negotiations with Mayweather that fell through. This way he can milk money out of Pac fans with fights against the likes of Foreman and Malignaggi until there are no more options. Then, miraculously, the negotiations for a Mayweather fight will go smoothly. It makes more sense to do this from a business standpoint than to rush into a Mayweather fight right away.

there is something not quite right with your post! first of all, Manny have never in his entire careerr disrespected any of his opponents, trash talk them or accuse them of any wrong doing. It is not in his character!

What happened is a typical Floydian slip. He slanders his opponent, insult them, accuse them of being a cheat and then expect his opponent to bend over for him! **** that ****! If I were Manny I'd tell him where to go! Under leonard's nuts!

Leonard Ellerbe is a bull****, he's on another plot in an attempt to repeat for another publicity of that nonsense crap...He again wants to mislead fans...

Professional Boxing has it's own rules & regulations observed by the entire boxing community of w/c both Pacquiao & Mayweather undergone such procedures implemented by the authorized professional agencies/commisions in their respective states where the event is taking place...Pacquiao throughout his entire career has been tested clean...

Why this idiot Ellerbe insisting on such crap, just leave it to the Nevada State Athletic Commission to decide, NSCA has a world standard procedure for such drug testing...Such demand is nonsense & unnecessary...To save the fight between the "The Great Manny Pacquiao, P4P King" & Floyd Mayweather, just leave it to the NSAC...

At this point its just a matter of principles, dont tell me what to do type of **** or whos the boss or alpha male crap. I mean this is boxing, any type of mental advantage you have counts alot more than any other sport, cuz when fear kicks in, lights out..

I dont see Manny caving in to this unless NSAC comes into play or some other authority as long its not on floyd's side. If this random test does happen it has to be for all boxing fights after this one, this is like boxing profiling..lol.

                    Mayweather Camp is dreaming

Manny wont budge, and i hope this fight wont happen. floyd thought he can outwit manny by pursuing the steroids issue but it looks like it's his career is the one falling apart. Poor floyd, he cant retire at this point of time, still being haunted by his huge debts.http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/im.../pissright.gif

While HGH may best be detected thru blood test, there is no positive cases yet has been established against it. Why, athletes usually use HGH doping during off-season and WADA suggests that it is best for the random blood test to be made during off-season or on out of competition strategy. Therefore, Pacquiao's camp agreeing on random blood test during the training but 30 days prior to the fight is already reasonable as the experience of WADA suggests that random testing be made during the time that an athlete/or a boxer for that matter is not in active training or near a scheduled fight. It only proves that Floydie's demand is designed to get out of the fight. Here's a link fourther reading: http://www.wada-ama.org/en/Resources...rowth-Hormone/
