This is a totally different situation. Pac was starving himself in order to make weigh plus those test probably requiered a lot more than a teaspoon of blood. According to Roach and Ariza now Pac has to eat 5000 calories a day to be able to fight at 147 so he won't be weight drained or starved. Plus Mayweather will have the exact same test done to him, so it won't be an advantage to either of them.
