    this is not criminal court. civil court is much easier.
    Civil court dont have a jury , civil is much easier to get out of as well , especially of this vague nature because the comments made have so much spin involved not specific claims , things like he has something in his system dont mean jack , you have to prove intent not just an expert in his field given his opinion in an interview to a direct question , interpretation , malice , just opinion , fair critical comment , many alleyways in this all to be construed in many ways , I dont think it will get as far court .

      It certainly would be a difficult case in court, but don't dismiss something
      as internet rubbish because that does constitute the printed word and is used in libel cases.

      The laws vary by state on what is considered defamation, be it libel or slander and it's hard to prove.

      But if this thing does go to court, we as fans will get ****ed out of a fight.
