Mayweather-M.Hatton & Pacquiao-Foreman?

Whether you're a Pacquiao fan, a Mayweather fan or both, you all have to admit this would be HORRIBLE for boxing. The sport would lose all momentum it has gained with the much better-than-expected showing for Mayweather-JMM and great showing for Pacquiao-Cotto...and even when they both win these ridiculous match-ups, we are back at square one with the blood testing debate and the fight still won't happen.

This is a disaster. This is why boxing is laughed at by most of the casual sports fans. That we all can agree on.

Boxing has dropped the ball, and I'm pointing the figure at everyone involved here, the fighters, the promoters, the advisers, management, everyone.

Steve Kim says Pac-May is still a possibility but for March 20 now...buying a week of last-ditch negotiations I assume. Unless this is the biggest hype job ever, I say not likely.

I will only vote for a Pac-Marquez III if it is done at ww and in the Philippines. It will be like a holiday rest for Manny Pacquiao, a sure win, and a national fiesta. Let the world watch from here including PBF while we relax and enjoy the achievements.

well i know i'd buy both.

witnessing pacquiao obtain an 8th title would be an historic moment in boxing. not only that but the size difference makes the fight intriguing and interesting. definitely worthy of a ppv buy.

mayweather-hatton: not so much a ppv draw but i'll continue to buy his ppvs until i see him lose. that'd be the a great day for boxing. how great would it be if floyd gets knocked out unconscious by one of the fighters he cherry picked? the coward is running away from the big names in the division, imagine getting a surprise from one of the non threats he picks to fight with. karma will be coming back for kentucky floyd chicken and i'll be there to see it and laugh my ass off.

of course, neither of these fights can make up for pacquiao-mayweather but they're good enough - specially foreman/pacquiao. mayweather-hatton is a joke but what can you expect from the chicken? the standards for floyd have been low for a while so it actually looks like an okay match. hopefully, matthew will train likes he's never trained before, takes all the steroids in the world and kills floyd in the ring. one can hope!
