Kessler if it so, that he is one of the best Super Middle Weights is ever is just that at the time... but being one of the best at a weight which doesn't exist that long doesn't put Kessler on ATG level... and Ward not either...
He has a lot of ability... but if you say he is an ATG you have to see it like that... what would be if he retires today? Nothing, he wouldn't be a Hall of Famer or an ATG... but he has some ability... winning the tournament would be a very good start... I hope he meats Abraham down the stretch... this would be a boxing fans match... Ward who knows the trick and traits of boxing can fight in many ways against Abraham who is a very smart fighter too and has one hell of a punch... this would be very interesting
Couldn't have said it better myself. Also, Abraham's defense is underrated.
Ward has a lot of potential to be the best at 168-175 but of course you have Abraham, Dirrell, Bute, Froch, Taylor, Dawson, Pascal to take care of in order to be the best at 168 and 175.
