if it was a legit excuse for jones, which he clearly showed to be drained after coming down at the age of 34, tarver was 37, everyone saw a possiblity of him being drained, you don't come down 40 pounds that quickly at that age and not be weight drained, and he showed it against bernard, as jones showed it against him

Tarver walks around over 200 (as mentioned by Manny Steward during the first Jones fight) and didn't bulk up to 218.

just because tarver doesn't have the genetics jones has does'nt mean he didn't pack on muscle
even at lightheavyweight, the 6 foot 3 tarver looked soft, and by all means a fighter that tall at that weight should have some abs to show, tarver barely has/had abs to show, he was hardly gonna grow some abs going up in weight

If Tarver walks around over 200, the idea that he packed on 45lbs is false. Does anyone really think he walks around at 175? No. Tarver wasn't drained, he just got his a** kicked.
