    Vitali-Lewis was so great, rewatching.

That fight was fun, last great heavyweight bout. Lewis looked so slow and rusty, very lucky to get the win, but he did tear Vitali a new eye socket.

Man he ran into retirement quicker than Floyd, definitely should have been a rematch. He looked like a mug in the post fight interview aswell claiming that he destroyed Klitshcko. Mug.

P.S: Dude needs to give up his commentary position too. Terrible.

Prime Lewis would have ended it in 6 rounds. Lewis looked like ****, but he made his punches count.

Lennox thrashed Vitali's face, I love watching that fight

edit: that fight made me a Vitali fan too, even though he lost

This is a fight that you can watch over and over. Lewis was smart not to rematch him, he knew he was in decline and made an intelligent decision.

There have been great heavyweight fights since, but it was a great one.

That's how you end up like Roy. Retire when you're in decline, that's the way to do it.

Lewis was getting his second wind, and the fight was becoming more competetive as it went along, it was very close, the old, tired great, and the prime new lion, good fight, but Lewis did the right thing retiring.

The point of boxing isnt to keep on and on fighting until you lose again and again you know!

Pretty much.. Both looked like they were about to fall over anyway it was a great fight, but Lewis did serious damage to that eye man (with a punch).. it had to be stopped.

Lewis would tax him though if he was actually not fat and unmotivated, this match goes to prove it.. think it made him also realise it was time to call it a day other wise some lesser known fighter would beat him badly again (ala Rahman)
