        His trainer was also moving his hands to catch each punch he threw. Does that mean he can throw 10 in 1 second also?

              Well now that I look at it again, I see his trainer is really just doing a circle motion which takes less energy or speed per say than throwing a punch requiring you to pull back and forward. But still, his trainer looks just as damn fast. He could probably pull it off
