This fight would be an absolute joke. Matt Hatton would have absolutely no chance - he has no power, he's slow, the level of skill difference between the two is laughable.

Having said that though it would actually be very successful in the UK. Floyd has a big fan base here, Matt Hatton would have a popular underdog status and a big chunk of Ricky's fanbase will be behind him. There would be a lot of money generated so I can see why Floyd would be interested from that perspective.

However, it would be so one sided and more than likely over within 3 rounds if PBF puts a bit of effort in.
