Are all of you people ****** or what? Rules are negotiated on a fight by fight basis in boxing. Do you think that the 10 million dollar penalty for every pound overweight is part of the "rules" in boxing? What about Pacquiao requesting that Cotto come in under 147lbs for his welterweight belt? You Pacquiao fanatics are completely ignorant from what I've seen here.

If it,s truly about being tested then why not accept the blood and urine tests that pac said he take but not 14 days before... Now that,s what i call reasonable...

weight negotiations have been done before
penaltis for extra pounds is nothing new
15 random drug test in 10 weeks training is unprecedented
and does not belong in boxing

          do you like apples?

And as far as the 10mill. Per pound goes, mayweather has no respect for the boxing comm. Because if he did he would,ve met marquez at 144 and not 146 and had to pay just to keep a advantage over a blown up w.w.... This fckin site is flooded by all these noobs...

So that was cool and being a professional prize fighter to come in heavy and pay instead of going and try to get the weight off??? I still think floyd wins but he shows true grit by paying and winning ... And that,s the kind of fighter you support right???

On top of being dishonest, all you do is make excuses for Pacquiao refusing to agree to the random blood testing. It's almost as if you people aren't real boxing fans, you're either Mayweather haters or Pacquiao groupies.

Pacquiao and his team are the ones who walked away from the negotiating table, not team Mayweather. The two parties weren't even able to agree on who would conduct the testing, so why in the world are you coming up here lying trying to convince people that Mayweather was demanding that Pacquiao take 15 random blood tests in 10 weeks? That doesn't even sound like it's true. Team Mayweather even conceded a bit and said that the testing doesn't have to be done by the USADA. That shows that they are willing to cpmpromise. The issue continues to be random blood testing. That is the issue that has caused Pacquiao to walk away from the negotiating table. Take off your Pacquiao blinders and explain why you're ok with him turning this fight down because he doesn't want to agree to random blood testing?
