lol not with top rank fighters..gbp has to enforce this with their boxers or their motives to demand it to pac will be questioned

I highly doubt it..because from what I've heard it's pretty expensive..

I think it should be taken in to consideration to be done in tournaments (like super six) and in highly paid headlined PPV bouts like (Pacquiao-Cotto, Mayweather-DLH, etc)

It's a good idea to be 100% sure these big fights are on equal and fair terms
