Boxrec Makes Pacquiao vs Mayweather Official?

Was it a recent thing or what? I didn't check their records for a while.

Hopefully the fight gets finalized for March with a little Boxrec willpower.

BoxRec has a habbit of scheduling fights that aren't finalized. Hopefully it'll happen, but Boxrec is little evidence towards it happening

Boxrec has had the fight up there for a while now. Do not trust boxrec on any big fights unless they are official. Your best bet is to follow the headlines at boxingscene.

True, Boxrec often schedules on rumor. It looks good to see it in print though.

Yes i have seen it on boxrec for a while now and it says "subject to approval or change." The thing is that its still there which cleary shows the fight is not canceled as Arum said if "no deal last monday it would be over."

You have to believe it if you already see them inside the ring, for sure the fight is gonna happen.

I only saw it for the first time today. I think Boxrec says that statement for all their fights, even for the fights this weekend.

There's still hope until both camps officially state it's dead. Even then, it could still potentially happen later in the year. They might try to build it up for year end.. too much money on the table to kill it completely imo. But delaying it does involve certain risk factors.
